Actually. That bloody bear torments me on a regular basis, and haunts my nightmares. I hate Annie, I hate how she skips around and I want her to explode into thousands of little shards. But I like this lol. Your art is good. She's actually really cute in this XD
I like the background, all the colors here mesh really well. A couple of things though: Her eyes seem to be looking in two different directions, which is making her look...a little unfocused, let's say. The pupil on the right (our right) is looking off to the side, the other one is staring straight ahead.
The other thing I notice is that the pose doesn't quite make sense. If you follow the "line of gravity", logically, she should be resting most of her weight on her right (er, the bent one, to clarify, I'm bad at inverting directions XD ) leg. But that leg is bent, which when coupled with how her left leg is stuck straight and at an angle, makes it impossible to bear the weight. It looks like she's in the process of falling over. I actually just tried to emulate the pose, to double check, there's definitely no way she could hold that pose comfortably. Having both legs straight would fix this problem (although you should probably still tweak the forward foot; it looks like it's slightly coming off the ground, which is adding to the sense of unbalance.)
